India started Jiu Jitsu when she was eight years old. She played multiple sports as a kid including athletics, rugby, gymnastics, swimming, soccer, basketball, surf lifesaving and surfing!! However, Jiu Jitsu was the sport she was most passionate about! 

It has not only helped her physically, it has also helped to improve focus, discipline, confidence, self-esteem, leadership skills and to build resilience and a strong mindset.

Jiu Jitsu has become very popular within Australia over the past few years especially with females. India’s goal is not only to be a multiple time Black Belt World Champion, but by sharing her experiences and supporting younger athletes, she would like to be a positive role model, inspiring the next generation of young athletes to reach their full potential through Jiu Jitsu.
